Miss California, Carrie Prejean, was asked by Perez Hilton about her view on legalizing gay marriage.

This is what 'Brainless Blonde' had to say:

First, watch the video - www.youtube.com/watch

Uhm.................... Carrie, one question: what the *hell* is 'opposite' marriage? o_0

And just so you know, saying you don't approve of homosexual marriage and then quickly adding a 'no offense' right after saying it -- is actually quite offensive. Just so you know.

And so *what* if you've been raised to think marriage should only be between a man and a woman? Is that a valid point of argument? See, if you'd been raised by Ku Klux Klan you'd have this cute little idea that every person of colour should be publically executed with a bullet to the head! Doesn't make it something you can logically defend, now does it, just because you happen to have been raised to believe it is!

You've got a brain (I sincerely hope). Use it for yourself!

**Sigh!**

Although she didn't win the pageant title, FOX NEWS still interviewed this bimbo afterwards. Luckily, she had more brainy things to say in the article to my amusement:

Exclusive: Carrie Prejean Says 'God Was Testing My Faith' With Gay Marriage Question

FOXNews.com: How are you feeling today?

Carrie Prejean: Honestly, happy. This happened for a reason. By having to answer that question in front of a national audience, God was testing my character and faith. I'm glad I stayed true to myself.

God always makes sure that damn 'Gay Question' pops up when S/He/It want to test Hir followers. S/He/Its a tricky bastard alright!

FOXNews.com:
Did your stomach sink when you first heard you picked Perez Hilton's question?

Carrie Prejean: I had a gut feeling. I knew he was controversial, and so was the question. Out of all the topics I studied up on, I dreaded that one, I prayed I would not be asked about gay marriage. If I had any other question, I know I would have won.

Uh... the question really isn't that controversial. But... hold on a second, you 'prayed' you would not be asked the gay marriage question? I thought you just said God made sure you were asked it so your Christian faith would be tested! I... don't understand. What?

And because this entire thing reminded me *so much* of this: www.youtube.com/watch

I think this says it all! ;-D

Wow, another beauty contestant making an absolute fool of herself. What a shock. *facepalm*

It rather sums up the majority of the American mentality though, doesn't it? :/

If she had a brain, she'd be damn dangerous. And probably a politician.

They're clever girls, alright! With the most agreeable views on things! XD

Unfortunately, yes. :( But here's to hoping that people will open their eyes and not be so narrow-minded in the nearby future. Especially in the US.

And then I read this article: http://www.colfaxrecord.com/detail/91429.html - "When Same-Sex Marriage was a Christian rite". I think Carrie and all those Nazi-Christians should read it...

Argh! Her and Palin! Scary... <.<
