Some random:
+ Hell to the Y.E.A.H., I want to see this movie: Runaways trailer!
+ Hall of Antlers... only a tad freaky.
+ Mexico City and DC legalize gay marriage!
Is there a better way to spend the days before Christmas making your way through season 3 and 4 of Dexter?
Season 3, aka What If Frankenstein's Monster Made Its Own Monster?: Well, it was an improvement from the prior season, that's for sure. I liked the premise of the butterfly effect it dealt with, and Dexter taking his first feeble steps toward the role as ambiguous Monster Father/ Human Father he's going to be was interesting to watch. Debra fucking Morgan continues to be fucking great without a fucking question.
Season 4, aka The Season Closest To Being As Great as The First One Was: Oh man, Dexter as family father is great telly. So much fun seeing him trying to balance his life between killing people and taking care of his cubs. I particularly *loved* the third episode, Blinded By The Light, in this season. Great ep. And I really liked Lundy - how come we didn't even get to see his funeral? Sort of harsh, isn't it? And, oh man, that season finale... I guess this means no more pretty Julie Benz for me? Boooh. :-( Good luck with raising three kids all on your own, Dex. You're going to need it. 'Tis the season to be homicidal...
