"Ahm a whamparr!"

hyena_galWhat have I been busy with the last two weeks?
Watching all available episodes of True Blood, is what.
Observations I've made so far are as follows:
- Our main characters fuck their way through season 1, with a side dish of getting high on V. And that's basically it.
- Sam is a "cute fluffy puppy with (bad) teeth" who you just wanna pat on the head for being the type of guy that he is. Awww, Sam!
- Jason is... well, Jason. Here's hoping there's going to be some great character development with him and less sex scenes. We've seen him naked enough. It's time for something else now.
- Lafayette is made of the fiercest Awesome! and is one of the reasons to hang around. Plz to be seeing more of him, writers!
- Jessica and Hoyt are actually kind of cute together. I'm not opposed to letting them have some more screen time.
- "Is there blood in my hair?" - Eric! Lol a thousand times. 'Nuff said.
- "Suuukiiieeh is maaahn!" *snorts with laughter* vampire Bill makes for much giggling. I love him for that!
Truth be told, I was actually kind of bored through pretty much the larger part of season 1. It was only starting with the three last episodes of the season that things started looking interesting, and I decided to give season 2 a chance simply based on what seemed to be brewing.
I'm glad I did, because season 2 had this in its second ep and, well... let's just say I want more stuff like *it*:
Oh Eric!!! How can you not find the tall Swedish vampire with tinfoil in his hair ripping a hillbilly apart awesomesauce? Never change! <3
I'm crossing my fingers for some interaction between him and Godric - no surprise it is the vampire relationships in this series that seem more intriguing than anything else. But if I can't have that - some Eric/Bill, perchance? That scene with them meeting in the shopping mall was quite entertaining.
And a fandom meme to go along with the post, seeing as I felt like it:

Character with the best hair: ...Spike can't really do anything wrong with his, can he?
Character with the best eyes: Buffy, I suppose.
Character with the best smile: Spike. I love those small genuine smiles of his.
Character I'd most want to kiss: Willow, for her adorkableness!
Character I'd most like to have sex with: Darla, in corset and crinoline back during the Angelus days. Rawr!
Character I'd make lunch for: Dawn, just so Buffy wouldn't have to think of preparing it.
Character I'd go singing in the rain with: Anya.
Character I'd go shopping with: Giles - all those books we could go looking for! *happy sigh*
Character I'd go dancing with: Oz. Because that wouldn't really result in any dancing, only us looking at people on the dancefloor while we'd sip our beers.
Character I'd take over the world with: Drusilla. Uh... I'm not saying we would have any success with it!
Character I most want to see more of: whatever happened to Ethan? Bring him back!
Favorite pairing: Spike/Dru
Least favorite pairing: Buffy/Angel

Favorite character: Juri. But Utena is a close second.
Least favorite character: Saionji.
Character with the best hair: Anthy, when she has it down. UNF!
Character with the best eyes: Mamiya.
Character with the best smile: Shiori's little evil smirk before she draws Juri's soul sword from her body.
Character I'd most want to kiss: Utena. Simply because she *is* Utena.
Character I'd most like to have sex with: Juri! And Anthy - right at that moment in episode 36 where Utena sees her standing naked in front of Akio. UNF! *schlick schlick schlick*
Character I'd make lunch for: Miki. He'd be too polite not to accept.
Character I'd go singing in the rain with: Wakaba!
Character I'd go shopping with: Mikage... the question is what we would be shopping *for*, exactly...
Character I'd go dancing with: Chu-Chu. It would be epic.
Character I'd take over the world with: Kozue. There'd be booze and sex and depravity and a brother complex big enough to cause an eclipse all on its own, but it would be fun!
Character I most want to see more of: Kanae, interacting with the main cast, plz!
Favorite pairing: I love a lot of the pairings, but... a draw between Anthy/Utena in all their creeptastic, touching glory and Juri/Shiori in all their emotionally sadomasochistic splendour.
Least favorite pairing: Juri/Ruka, understood as in 'solely romantic'.
And on to something completely different: This. Song. Is. Eating. My. BRAAIN! like some devilish malicious earworm of pure evil! I just want to take this song by the scruff and throw it out of my *head*!! I hope to inflict the pain on someone else, because... that's how I roll.
