I agree SFM with... well, pretty much all of this (except Fringe, which I ~tragically haven't started watching yet). My hope is that, since Quinn's issues were so obviously brought to the foreground again, they'll now spend some time ~resolving them - but, like you said. This is Glee. Not holding my breath. :P
